Tùsail was the sixth release from Glenmorangie Private Edition range. The malt used in this release is Maris Otter, an extremely popular brewing malt which is known for its rich, rustic malty flavours. The name Tùsail, is Scots Gaelic for 'originary' (an archaic form of 'originating').

    Nose:    Fruity (pears, peaches), malty, clearly vanilla.

    Taste:    Soft aromatic and yet voluminous start, liquid honey, tingling spice spreads, spices (vanilla, cinnamon).

    Finish:   Medium length, sweet, cinnamon and vanilla, spicy aftertaste.
