Shipping policy

$16 flat rate shipping Australia wide (except N.T)

We do not currently Ship to Northen Territory.

Free shipping on all orders $350 and over.

Please note the free shipping promotion is not eligible for PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Most of our products ship with insurance included. For questions please email us. 

Australia Post Extra Cover for loss or damage is available up to a maximum of $5000 for higher priced products.

Please advise us at pascal@cigarandwhiskycellar.com.au if you wish to activate "Extra Cover" and we will send you an invoice. 

SHIPPING TERMS 

• We usually  dispatch your order the following business day however, please allow for up to 3 business days for handling 
• Transit times are a estimate
• Deliveries are conducted during business hours, Monday - Friday only
• Excludes weekends and public holidays
• Deliveries may be affected by factors out of our control eg drivers and COVID issues.
• If you have paid via PayPal e-cheque, your order will not be shipped until the payment has been approved from PayPal.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

 Our parcels  require a signature.

If no one is home your parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point or a calling card will be left to re-organise delivery unless you are happy for them to leave it somewhere pre organsied during ordering.

Please note if you do give authority to leave, it will be your responsibility to ensure the parcel is collected and safe once delivered.

We use third party couriers. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by third parties. We recommend you contact us to organise  insurance for a specific amount required for your package.
